Return

Each purchase in the Online Store www.store.swissbeatbox.com  is subject to the right of withdrawal from the agreement concluded remotely without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consignment.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Fill in the return form below and pack it with the purchased product and your receipt. The product should have the original packaging.

2. Then send it to the following address:

JULIANNA OLANSKA, Wasilkowska Street no. 102B, 16-010 STUDZIANKI, POLAND

3. You will receive a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of the return product(s) to the store in the manner indicated on the return form.

Complaints

If you notice any defects in the product, you can file a complaint. The complaint covers the defects revealed within 2 years from the date of receipt of the product. 

Complaints are not subject to defects and damage resulting from use.

In order to make a complaint, please:
